Fred Dibnah Remembered, a new book by Keith Langston. Mid-Cheshire based heritage transportation specialist photographer and feature writer Keith Langston travelled extensively with Fred Dibnah during the filming of his last TV series, 'Made in Britain', to record the event for Britain's best selling transport and industrial heritage magazine 'Old Glory', a journal that is published monthly by Mortons Media Group Limited, as a part of their heritage portfolio. As a freelance Keith Langston has been associated with the Morton's group for a number of years and as he currently supplies news and feature material for all four of their titles namely Old Glory, Heritage Railway, Heritage Commercials and Tractor & Farming Heritage. After being employed by a local newspaper group early in his working life Keith followed other career paths before pursuing in later life a new career in journalism and preserved railway photography, having being encouraged to do so by Robin Jones the editor of Heritage Railway Magazine.

Following Fred's untimely death, Keith embarked upon the creation of a book, drawing not only on his experiences with the Bolton born steeplejack and TV presenter, but in addition talking to a representative cross section of those persons who numbered themselves amongst Fred's many friends. The cumulative result of which is a 132 page special publication with over 150 unique pictures, many of which have been loaned especially for use in the book by the Dibnah family and others. The publication commemorates the life and times of Fred, who many have rightly described as having been a truly `Great Briton'.
