How to order - a step-by-step guide

Find it

Look for the book you want by selecting from the left hand navigation bar or typing a word into the QuickSearch at the top of the page.Sroll through the products listed to find the the one you want.

Click View to see more details.

Select it

Click Buy to add it to your shopping basket. You will then be shown the up to date contents of your basket so that you can amend it, continue shopping or go to the checkout.
N.B. The shipping costs shown will be for delivery within the U.K. until you have either registered or signed in with your country after which they will be corrected where necessary.

Buy it

At your Shopping basket, click Checkout order.

• If you have already signed in - you’ll be taken to Checkout order.
• If you have never registered - you’ll be asked to register. It is important to enter your country so that the correct shipping costs will be calculated.
• If you have registered but not signed in - you’ll be asked to sign in.

Then you’ll be asked to checkout the order details and then be taken to the Payments screen. There you may choose a payment option and follow the instructions.

Shipping

Shipping costs are added to product costs and are for delivery within the UK. Once you have registered and entered your country for delivery, the correct shipping costs will be shown.

Get it

We will acknowledge your order by email within a few hours or as soon as we have checked availability with our warehouse. We will ship by the most appropriate method. Books are generally sent by post (Royal Mail). If we post to a destination outside the UK we will normally request a signature on delivery.
